Marcin Przybysz

Winner of the CHEF DE L’AVENIR title awarded by the international gastronomic academy, awarded with the title of Young Talent of the Central Region by Gault&Millau, winner of the 3rd edition of the Top Chef TV program, in 2020 hailed as the best Chef of the year by Warsaw Insider. 

He gained his experience around the world’s leaders of gastronomy, in the best restaurants in the world, such as Osteria Francescana, Geranium, Noma, The Ledbury, Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville de Crissier. In Poland, he was noticed at the Belvedere Restaurant and Atelier Amaro. Currently, he is the head of the EPOKA restaurant in the building of the Hotel Europejski in Warsaw, where he combines refined gastronomy, drawing on the best Polish culinary traditions with comfort and hospitality. Marcin focuses on rediscovering Polish flavors and bringing out the best from them.
