Poznańska 16/LU1, 00-680 Warsaw (“Project”), we encourage you to read the information clause regarding the protection of your personal data, in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( “GDPR”). 

To fulfill the information obligation imposed on Project Warszawa Sp. z o.o. with regard to the processing of personal data, we kindly inform you that as a personal data administrator, we process your personal data in connection with and for the purposes of restaurant table reservation and providing catering services, answering an offer request, providing marketing and promotional information, following up on an initiated contact by phone or email, handling complaints and executing other notifications and inquiries (art. 6 par. 1 sec. a and b of the GDPR). 

Depending on the above mentioned purposes, we process the provided contact details (e-mail, telephone, first and last name as well as other voluntarily provided data) which are necessary to provide the service and answer the inquiry.

We may also collect personal data from our business partners, or from third parties acting on your behalf, e.g. event organizers.

The processing of personal data for marketing or promotional purposes will be executed only based on your explicit consent. 

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for our advisers involved in achieving the above purposes. Your personal data will not be transferred abroad or to international organizations.  

Your personal data will be retained only until the above mentioned purposes that are the grounds for the processing are executed, or until you object to such processing, or withdraw your consent to the process. 

At any time, you have the right to control the way in which personal data are processed, including: requesting access to the content of your personal data, its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, its transfer and objection to processing, as well as submitting a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in the event of processing personal data in violation of the law. 

Providing the above mentioned data is necessary for the execution of the above purposes by Project.  

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner.
